Went for lunch with 9 friends on Tuesday July 11. We were not greeted pleasantly and it took him 20 minutes to seat us. Menus were put on table and never saw anyone again. Left after 30 minutes. No one even knew. Will never return!!

Parking was a nightmare. We were seated quickly though. Food came out in a reasonable time too. However, it was so difficult to have a conversation with the people at our table. My ears were ringing when we left. The wait-staff were all very friendly and attentive.

Parking: Parking was difficult.

They were very short staffed, but they made the best of it. A very beautiful spot along a small river to sit outside and eat.

Have only gotten lunch takeout for my clients. Haven't sampled many items, but those I have were okay.

The new lace is good. Working personal in general are friendly. However, food is not even OK and the owner will make you feel that you are not welcome here.

Great atmosphere. Waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the Penne a la vodka. It was delicious.

I Called and Ordered 2 plain cheesesteaks for pickup.Said 20-25 min.Clarified on the phone which location with the woman taking my order(17b mongaup valley)I arrive about 35 min later.Older gentleman, possibly a manager, couldn’t find order in computer, kitchen staff didn’t have the order either. He asks which number i called, verified or was the correct number, said he would have them make it now, and it would be 20-25 minutes wait.I was very irritated by this as his response was that of someone who didn’t care at all.No offer of a discount, no apology, nothing.I said I couldn’t wait.Again no I’m sorry, no “We will give you a free one next time”Nothing.Just shrugged and put his hands up like “oh well”Way to care about your customers. That’s the last time you’ll get my business.

Horrible. There was a thumbtack in our pizza, and they came out 2 seconds later with a new one with the cheese slightly pushed around. And brick oven my behind, dough was soggy, with cheap cheese, and the sauce might as have been ketchup. Not to mention the service was a disgrace, we were straight up forgotten about. Instead spending time chatting up the locals, which is fine, I get it. But I’m glad I’m not a local / local, I live a whole two towns over. But since I do, I’ve had great food and great service before, and they just don’t understand either. You can go a few miles in either direction and find great food and great service.I feel bad for them, at least they had help wanted signs, because they need it bad.

The manager John and his team at this restaurant are amazing. John offered my family outstanding service. I recommend when you are in the area you check out this location. Thank you John and the team at Brother Bruno Ristorante.

My husband and I live around the corner from the current location of Brother Bruno's. Our last two experiences with ordering from here will remain our last. The penultimate time we ordered takeout was right after we moved into our new house. We ordered for a large group and when my husband went to pick up the order the staff helping him was very rude, enough so that we had no intentions of giving them our business anymore. On top of that our guest's order, who is a vegetarian, found a chicken bone in her pasta sauce (heads up vegetarians I don't think their sauces are for you!). Now a little more than a year later and against our better judgement we placed a takeout order again. We tried to order 2 large pies, one Hawaiian and one plain, and a salad. The man who answered the phone to take the order was very short with me on the phone and didn't understand I was trying to order a Hawaiian pizza, but when he realized what I was asking for said they don't make Hawaiian pies. I ended up just ordering a large plain pie and the salad. My guest went and picked up the order, but when he returned the pizza we got must have been a small, it was definitely not a large! I'm sure we got charged full price though. The salad had a lot of water in it which leaked everywhere and though I asked for Bleu cheese dressing we were only given Italian. Overall my family will not be consumers at Brother Bruno's any more. Such a shame because when they were still located in Thompson Square Mall I thought they were great. :-\ :-\ :-\

One of my favorite places to go and eat when I'm in smallwood for the weekend. Workers are friendly and accommodating.
