Casa Cava has the best kosher pizza in Monticello, no question! The pizza is always delicious, the ice cream is amazing, and the service is top-notch. Super friendly staff and a great vibe definitely my favorite spot!
Casa Cava is hands down my favorite kosher pizza spot in upstate New York. The pizza is simply amazing the crust is baked to perfection, the sauce has just the right balance of flavor, and every slice feels like the perfect slice.
What makes it even better is that it’s open all year round, which is such a plus when so many places in the area are seasonal. The service is always great, the staff are friendly, and they really make you feel welcome.

Great place to go for lunch or supper they have something for everyone. I wanna point out the garlic nots are really good once the recipe was changed so now’s the time to head over there 🔥🔥🔥
