We where down visiting an attraction and went to Ciao Bella by mistake and it one of the best mistakes of our lives. We unfortunately where going to have to leave as my fussy boys couldn't find anything they would eat on the menu and the server was so accommodating with suggests to help us out. The 4 of us ended up ordering the chicken parm which the server had mentioned. He gave us all a small house salad so we could try how good it was, and was it. Salad so fresh and enjoyable then came the parm and it is by far the best chicken parm I've ever had. My middle child said man it may be worth the drive back down here again (1 1/2 hr) drive. Oh it sure would be can't wait to return.

We were at the water park looking for someplace to eat. Found this place thinking it was something else. We all love Italian. Looked at the menu and freaked. None of the food there our 2 boys would ear. We told them sorry but the kids won't eat anything. They went out of their way to find something everyone would eat. They made us THE BEST CHICKEN PARM DINNER. We can't thank your staff enough that you went out of our way to make us feel welcomed.

I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience. We had a table of eight (Half being children). The staff was extremely professional and attentive to our needs. The food was super fresh and absolutely delicious. A truly unique dining experience full of authentic Flavors that we all enjoyed. Will be back soon!

This restaurant is a must. The staff was super nice and attentive. The food was AMAZING. The atmosphere was just right for a night out, date night, or if you are hanging at Kartrite water park its kid friendly but more on the fancy side. We had a 6 month, 5 and 9 year old with us but they are well behaved children at a restaurant.
Wow !!! What an amazing place. We received a gift certificate for Ciao Bella and now it will be our favorite place to go and bring our friends and family.
This is one of the best meals I’ve ever had! We got the meatball special, pollo martini, and rigatoni turi. Everything is made in fresh and in house so expect to take your time - can’t rush perfection. The vibe is laid back and its family owned. I will definitely be back!

What an awesome place. Everyone is so sweet and the food was amazing. The crème brûlée cheese cake and the Belgium mousse cake was delicious. Perfect place and atmosphere.

The service was very kind and attentive, also informational. The food was way better than I was expecting, partly because ive never had amazing italian food (only the chains like olive garden). So im glad to say that I have now had the best italian food of my life so far haha! We had the caviatelli salmon and the black bass with mushrooms and mashed potato. To finish we also got carrot cake. All of the food was served in fair portions.

The restaurant was busy, and short staffed, however, if you weren't told they were short staffed, you would never know it. The service was excellent. Everyone must have stepped it up. The food was very good. This is the place to go if you're staying at the Resorts World Casino and Hotel.
