I go here every morning and usually don't have a problem. DO NOT GO THERE AFTER 7PM! This little teenage boy has the worst attitude I've seen from a guy in customer service! First after I asked for more concentrate in my juice originally as I ordered it, he made it so watered down (more than usual). I asked if he could put more concentrate and said well that's how we make it. I kindly said I get this every day and it's not this watered down. Please put more and he went back as he stomped away and made the entire drink again. (In my head you're wasting more $ instead of just giving me more concentrate from the beginning). Gives me even more water and less ice. I tell him dude this is wrong, he continues to argue with me saying well that's how we make it and I don't know what to tell you there's no management right now. He argued, complained, stomped his feet, huffed/puffed and acted such a little child its ridiculous! This young kid needs to be addressed seriously. Maybe a class in customer service as well!!

When I was waiting for my food a customer kindly asked for his food and girl that was heating up/giving the food out she got mad at him and said that I’ll be done soon in a very mean way and later when she put another bag down he went to check if it was his and she practically yelled at him to not to touch it because it wasn’t his, later he left with his food and her attitude was still extremely negative and when I was looking at her she looked back at me with a very nasty face and asked “do we have a problem” very aggressively so I told her that you shouldn’t be this disrespectful to costumers and she just rolled her eyes at me. I would but her name in but they didn’t have name tags although the other workers were extremely kind and helping but so far this is my worst experience yet.
