I bought half a dozen varied, I didn’t like one that was chocolate because the flavor was very artificial and another filled with apple but the The crust I had on it was extremely sweet.

The staff were a very rude service I went in because I just ordered from another Dunkin we asked them to make it sweet and they made it black so when we went to another Dunkin they told us plain no, even though we have been their before and they said yes but this time it was different, what does it take to add a little wipped cream. I will never go to thi location for Dunkin again.

I ordered a medium iced coffee with no ice because by the time I would reach my destination the ice would have watered down the coffee. I was told I would not get a full cup of coffee and I would be charged $1.05 more so for 1 medium ice coffee bo ice I was charged $4.90. I declined and went to Stewart got a large coffee and a muffin for that same price. The staff is always so rude at this location. They are young and not trained well to retain repeat business.
I just moved to Monticello with my partner and we used to come here a lot. Every time we come we always have to ask to change something. The last 2 times the short girl with glasses literally rolled her eyes when I asked for more juice. If I originally asked for extra, shouldn't I get it? Rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing is beyond ridiculous in customer service!! 🙄 If you got the order right the first time I wouldn't have to ask to fix it! I literally drive all the way to Middletown to another dunkin so I can get what I pay for!

Went through the Drive Thru and ordered 2 Grilled Cheese on toasted sourdough sandwiches for my daughter and I. It was absolutely delicious! I actually ate the whole thing, I couldn't believe it as I usually eat like a bird. Also ordered 2 ice caramel coffees. Excellent Service with a Smile.
