Just took a job in Monticello and have already visited this location twice in one week! The boys working the window are super nice and they always get my order right! I wish every Dunkin’ was as good as this one, the Middletown one is horrible!!!

Well ordered hot latte via drive through and was on my way. Sipped it while driving tasted like milk. Opened it when safe - no coffee no /espresso just watered down milk. Oh boy. Wasted money, wasted taste.---So when I emailed dunkin corporate after jumping some hoops got in touch with manager of the store who gave coupon for free latte that would expire in 10 days. Updating rating 1 star to 3 star. Why not refund or coupon that won't expire since I lost my money on it.
