So disappointed in their delivery service. Unable to call me when they deliver food thus me and my grandchildren eating cold pizza fries and knish. Very unhappy with no plate nor utensils. Don’t order online

Delicious pizza and amazing french fries. I hadn't realized what time they were closing, but the manager was so nice and stayed open late to let us eat. Excellent food and service!

Yesterday’s visit was a disaster from start to finish. First off, it was literally hotter inside than outside, like sitting in a sauna. After paying, we waited 45 minutes or more for a minimum order, only to be told after all that waiting and after already paying that the ice cream we ordered wasn’t even available.
The three slices we did get? Honestly, I’d rather not describe how they looked. By then, it wasn’t just us the entire line of customers was upset, everyone trying to cancel, and there was no one around to speak to.
They promised me a refund, but I’m still waiting. Between the heat, the wait, being told things aren’t available only after paying, the poor quality of the food, and the complete lack of customer service. this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
That said, I really do hope they take this feedback seriously, make the changes needed, and turn this place around — because it has potential to be so much better.

Like everything else when you cut corners the quality goes with it and unfortunately so does your customer base. They think by pre making the pizza hours or a day before and warming it up, it’s fresh pizza. The sauce is dried along with the cheese. It felt like eating leftovers. Regretful.
If you would like pizza with a side of diarrhea - or diarrhea with a side of pizza - this is the spot. The pizza here used to be full of flavor without any regrets afterward. But now? Just spicy without much else. And you'll be lucky to make it home from the Catskills without stopping at every bathroom on the way.
