My brother and I have been coming here since before we had teeth. We have been eating their godfather for 20 years and the sandwich never misses. Have been eating one once a month since the first taste. From babies gumming it to mush to full grown working adults coming for lunch. If your only ordering the godfather for yourself your in and out in less than 5 minutes. The owner is a bit of an ass on the phone but is hard working and knows how to make a customer happy. I hope I die before they close or I’ll be pissed.

OMG. First time here, just passing through town. Got the meatball sub half - and it’s huge! And the taste, it’s exactly as I remember from my days growing up here. The texture of the hero was spot on!! Meatballs must have been cooking all day, delish!! If I’m still in town tomorrow, I’m coming back to try their eggplant parm!

What happened to this place??!! I have been going to Giovanni’s since I was a kid and it has always been a staple in our community.
The food was horrible. The onion rings were overcooked. The chicken parm hero was a good size but they added the parchment paper on hot cheese and it all tore off when the paper came off. The sauce was not good. My husband said his wrap was also not really good. I always recommend Giovanni’s when my family visits from TN but I can’t recommend it any longer.

They can't even make a salami and cheese sandwich. Poor. They don't even thank you for a 25% tip for Poor food and service

We were staying at the nearby Hampton Inn and ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and thin crust. The pizza was ready when promised and the register help was very cheerful. However, the "extra" cheese was barely "extra" and was not plentiful. Moreover, the part of the pizza with the toppings looked like the hubcap surrounded by the tire. The toppings did not reach the edge of the pizza by 1 1/2 to 2 inches. When we order a pizza, we expect pizza and not excessive crust. They probably save a lot of $ everyday by skimping on toppings and leaving empty all that extra crust. The rest of the pizza was mediocre. I will not order from them again.

Visiting from Florida, and wanted some real NY pizza. We were not disappointed! Nothing fancy here, just a basic pizzaria. Got the cheese slices. The crust was crispy, and sauce was tasty. I even got to compliment the pizza maker (Giovanni?), who said he's been making pizza "for a long time". It shows.

Messed up both my sandwiches and then told me the guy doesn't clean the grill ...omfg did she just tell me that...im grossed out...the chicken was stringy...definitely old...the place is a mess...and watch them take your money, answer the phone, open the deli cooler..and touch all your ready to eat foods with the same gloves...disgusting...will never go back..they are gonna get someone sick if they didn't already
