Whenever I go to Resorts World in the Caskill, I always make reservations to eat at Lotus . I love your food.
Friendly staff who make you feel right at home — even if your wallet reminds you you're in a casino. Food's a little pricey, but it tastes like a jackpot, so no complaints here!
Best wonton soup ever & Peking duck did not disappoint! So much for 2 we brought some home!
The server forget to put our order in. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. It was a dinner for my wife's birthday. The birthday dessert had banana in it. She is allergic to banana.
Very good food and service. Quite noisy for a good part of our visit. Ambiance was nice. Pricing was reasonable. Overall, very pleasant dinner experience.
Ordered chicken pad Thai and Mongolian beef - delicious! Service and atmosphere were great!
The ambiance and service were very nice. However, the food was not that tasty. The food was bland for me. The lychee martini was great! I would go back for the martini.
Food was delicious service was quick. And leftovers was even better. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Restaurant opens onto gaming floor. Loud from floor as well as announcements. Appetizers and dinner were slow to arrive. The second glass of wine took too long to order and receive. We had to go to the bar ti get one. Service was not well coordinated among kitchen, bar and servers. We will not return. Food was mixed with some dishes overpriced, others were blah and some were delicious.
Excellent ambiance! There was only one open table while we were there, and it felt very intimate. Beautiful restaurant, and the food was outstanding!

The food was excellent as usual but we were disappointed that there wasn't any bananas to make the fried bananas
Excellent food and excellent service. Selection was really good. Menu was reasonably priced . I would highly recommend!
The ambiance was good. Service was excellent. However, food was very oily and overcooked. Not worth of money.
As I was trying to enjoy my dinner with friends, two tables away someone was on the speaker phone for 20 mins speaking loudly. Then the other party was playing music videos loudly from there phone. So I made the best of it. I ate half my food and took a to go bag. I been here before and I never experienced this kind of unethical decorum. The work staff were great as always.
Had a wonderful dinner with my husband Rocco starting with delicious wonton soup and spring rolls. Then we shared Mongolian beef, which was prepared so tastefully. I must say, though that the manager Sarah, and our servers Nana and Cody were excellent.
