If my family and I could rate this restaurant a zero we would in a heartbeat. We ordered our dinner through the drive through and the restaurant kitchen was so busy on a Tuesday evening I was told like many other vehicles ordering out to wait ten minutes and they will deliver our dinner to us.We ended up waiting an hour for someone to come out and talk to us but even then nobody came out to talk to us. So my wife went inside and she was waiting ten minutes to pick up our dinner. What also pissed us off is that the person at the drive through gave my wife an attitude about our order and he should of put it on the receipt if we ordered crispy or original chicken.our dinner was delicious but there was no warning to the customers that the biscuits changed from large biscuits to now small hockey puck size biscuits and weren't fluffy biscuits either like they used to be. After this visit my wife and I or my family will never set foot through the restaurant door or order from the drive through ever again.

If I could give zero star I would. I ordered $10 Tuesday Extra Crisspy. I was told it would be 15 minutes. No problem. I specifically asked for 2 wings 2 legs 2 breast and 2 thighs My order was half in the bucket (3 legs) while waiting to be finished. Needless to say they got cold. The absolute worst chicken I ever tasted at KFC. My order was topped with 4 chicken thighs that were disgusting. They were under cooked and coated with tons of grease. I didn't mind being short one piece of chicken. It didn't matter, it was so disgusting I would not have eaten it anyway. It was truly made to be thrown in the garbage which I did. DOWN RIGHT NASTY CHICKEN. I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF SOME POOR SOUL GET SICK!!!!!!! IT'S FAST FOOD NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION!!!!!!!!

This was the best experience I've ever had in this KFC. The gentleman at the counter that took our order was kind patient and attentive, odd for a fast food service cashier. He made my day. My elder mother and I stopped in for lunch. He was really patient with her while she navigated the new menu that was difficult for her to see at best. He answered her questions and helped her decide what to order. She asked if there was a senior discount and he said yes! For the 1st time in a long time she felt seen and She complimented his Manor's and kindness while we ate. The chicken was delicious and fresh all the sides as well, so very yummy 😋 Thank you KFC Monticello for a enjoyable lunch.My only completely: It was freezing in there.

Constantly making mistakes on orders, missing all types of items all the time. Just got tired of it after buying 8 chicken strips for $20 and they didn’t put it in the bag. Also missed the fries. Ridiculous. Waste of time not going back!
