Just ordered. Two out of four dishes were wrong order. They didn't put in the ordered dessert and the burrito, healthy portion, was entirely bland to the point of being tasteless.

Food was Phenomenal and the patrons were very humble and courteous! The popusas were great (wish the offered meat and cheese popusas). The tacos durados were also great... the rice is a must! Was not a fan of the red sauce for the popusas.

Restaurant does not act for people who only have half an hour for lunch, you have to order takeout only so you can take a step further to enjoy their food, it is very good by the way

La Fondita Mexicana in Monticello, NY, is a gem worth discovering. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed by the quality and authenticity of the food. If you go, you must try the guacamole—it is outstanding and sets the tone for a delightful dining experience. From the moment you step in, the welcoming ambiance and friendly staff make you feel at home. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes, each prepared with fresh ingredients and a perfect blend of flavors. I found the tacos to be a particular highlight, bursting with taste and presented beautifully.La Fondita Mexicana is a must-visit for anyone in the area. Whether you are a fan of Mexican cuisine or looking to try something new, this restaurant delivers on all fronts. Don't miss out on their guacamole—it's simply tremendous!
