Almost 9 bucks for a quarter pounder that's dry with barely any toppings. I'd rather go to @millbrookontheriver in pondy eddy for a full pound burger or smash burger that is amazing and worth the 16 bucks with fries. I spend 18 bucks and still only get a half pound burger from a kid

Usually when I go the food and service is good.Ordered 2 meals and received one. 2 snack wraps and a large fries missing. Food thrown in bag not one of the French fries was in the container it’s supposed to come in. I understand it’s fast food and things get busy but it wasn’t busy, I was not rude and wasn’t sophisticated. I will not return now because of this .

This was the worst I ordered via app They had me on reserve parking waiting for an online order for over 20 mins.. Ppl put on reserve parking after me got there food... I had time to walk inside to retrieve what I had ordered 20 mins prior.. The drink tasted like it had perfume in it.. didnt finish ... wish I could give a zero...
I recently visited this McDonald’s on Monticello Ny by walmart and had a truly disappointing experience. The service was horrible; my order was messed up, and to make matters worse, the staff had a terrible attitude. When I pointed out the issue, the lady on the intercom just laughed instead of addressing my concern. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I expected much better from such a well-known establishment.

I went thru drive through at 2:40 AM. Just because it is late does not mean the quality doesn’t have to be there. The fries taste like they were made last week and are ice cold. Burgers not much better. Ridiculous.

Absolutely horrible! I ordered a medium fry and two blueberry cream pies. They ask me to pull up to drive thru 2- someone else pulls up in drive thru 3 and gets their food before mine- I had been waiting at least 15 mins at this point .
