Absolutely horrible! I ordered a medium fry and two blueberry cream pies. They ask me to pull up to drive thru 2- someone else pulls up in drive thru 3 and gets their food before mine- I had been waiting at least 15 mins at this point .

I hate to complain but I’m forced to. I’ve had extremely soggy food once and another days I have received cold food . In one instance I received partially frozen pancakes. I spoke to who I think is a manager and he offered replacements that I haven’t excepted simply because my complaint is so that they can be aware and address the problem.

Tonight's drive through went above and beyond to take care of my order and I so I am going above and beyond and leaving 5 stars. I have been coming to this location all my life and I'm never disappointed. Its open late. Quality food, nice people. I had a bad experience at another McDonalds, and this one got the corporation back on track with me. I had a fresh quarter pounder no ketchup sub Mac sauce and Iced coffee exactly as I wanted it, no complaints; no attitude problem for the special order, happy to make it the way I wanted. It was good, hit the spot. Thank you very much! Will return when I am in town next time.

I’ve been going to the same mcdonald’s for years but recently I been tasting moldy sprite well I changed my soda this time thinking it was just the sprite no the soda machine needs clean bad I can taste it

Men’s bathroom either had the yellow all over the stall floor or it was water, ordered on the machine came out to 35 payed with cash at the counter, uncharged to 38 and change, didn’t even fill up my drinks(I had to do it myself) which I have no problem with but you think for $40 they would do it for you, all 3 medium fries had zero salt whatsoever ever!

Drive thru is a joke. Took our order and asked us to pull up to 1st window. When we got there our whole order was wrong. It Was such a hassle trying to get it fixed and so frustrating we told them to cancel our order and we left. The manager and the guy who was at the window we're both very respectful and patient. I on the other hand lost interest in trying to continuously explain(language barrier) what the correct order was supposed to be and decided to just cancel the order instead. I can not remember a time when going to this location wasn't an issue. Wrong order or staffing attitude. Just another place we will avoid in Sullivan County.
