Things need to change or they will be out of business I ordered on the app went there 40 minutes later order was still not made fries and chicken look like they were taking out of the grease and put directly in the box all boxes were soggy with grease chicken with undercooked Fry's we're soggy you need to hire good management that cares about their job the quality control is horrible there this business will not last if things keep going the way they're going at least if I go to KFC it's consistent when I go to Popeye's I never know what I'm going to get

We ordered through doordash which is great, but past two times food is super dry, sandwiches are old and they shorted us on the sides, cups were half full. Its not door dash fault as they delivered within 15 minutes of pickup.

We have been going to this location weekly but in past few weeks place has gone down the hill. Chicken sandwiches are dry, as they probably sat on the hot plate too long, rice and beans cups are half full and chicken wings were also dry. Tried calling to talk to manager but no one picked up.

Waited 15mins for someone to help us out. Trash customer care.
There was one person at the register and when we walked in he just walked away from it. We shoot there for about 5 min before they walked back and took out order. We also got cold chicken . Which was very disappointing. Besides being cold the food tasted fine. But I probably won't go back here.

food can be alright but the workers are getting paid too much. they shouldn’t get paid because they can’t do anything right and should just close the store down and let a chick fil a take its place. literally gave us unseasoned fries (i’m 90% sure they’re frozen grocery store fries) and mac and cheese hold the mac. there is like one noodle in here. They either rush you at the drive thru or let you sit there for 5 minutes not saying nothing. not to mention the main guy that works there hawks his spit into the mic while you’re trying to order. they also try to scam u out of money by upgrading sides and don’t like to give refunds. insane work don’t know how this store is still open. godspeed.
