I'm pretty certain they gave me a pie that had been sitting there all day for slices. Pretty bad service with an attitude..ordered a medium cheese pizza late on a Sunday. They gave and charged me for a large. When I complained the rude lady (in keeping with all these reviews) said I can take it back and give u ur money knowing full well nothing is open on Sunday in this town. I won't be going back been living here 7 years without patronizing them so no big loss for me.. Buyer beware!!

Went with my son every week for our two slices. I asked the owner to put our slices on plates in a small box. She did but the problem is she only gave us one plate. When I asked for a second plate she told me no, and I did not need it. She actually charged me for a second plate, even though we got two slices. So petty

Sooooo hit or miss. Delivery will most of the time take up to 2 hours. After the last time we ordered, I probably won’t be giving sienas another chance unfortunately. I’m not sure if the issue is poor management? I called about our order, since it was already an hour past the expected delivery time, they told us “he just left and is on his way” called back 45 mins later (I live less than 10 mins from the restaurant) and they told us “not sure what happened should we cancel?” LOL like which is it? What could’ve happened? I’ve worked in service in many environments for many years… by reading these other reviews, this is clearly a consistent issue and it’s just not a sustainable way to run a business. Please, do better Sienas. We need to keep at least some local long standing businesses in the area…. Before everything turns Kosher.

I was there my 1st time & it won’t be my last !!! The pizza was amazing it gaved me like an old taste of the old Pizza Hut slices they use to have !!! I had chicken buffalo and ai love a lil crunch on my pizza so it was amazing & my mom had a plain slice. We will definitely be back again & the girl that took out order was also nice & friendly. Thank You!!!

Ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks for delivery at 4Pm. We were told it would be an hour. We called back an hour and a half later and the lady was very rude. She said if we wanted it faster we should come and get it. Also said it would be here in 10 more minutes. We just called them again at 6:05 and we were told they aren't filling our order because we told the lady she was rude. We will not order from them again.
