The only sushi we used to go during last three years, but unfortunately they are turning worthy. Last night was just terrible. Not fresh chicken in chicken tempura roll. Soy sauce is bitter. Sweet potato roll was also not fresh and potato was like a jelly. Not sure I will come back soon

I don't normally write reviews but they are closing on the 1/15/24 if I read that right and I'll miss this place. Best beef chow fun outside of NYC.

It took forever to get the food we ordered. The food is good. We were disappointed that only once we asked to order additional items, the waiter told us that the kitchen is closed without courtesy notice. They ended up making an exception and let us order.

One of the few times I've ever walked out of a restaurant over service issues. We came in and stood there patiently waiting to be seated and were completely ignored. So we sat ourselves down. They all saw us there and they still ignored us. We got the attention of 2 different servers in an attempt to get menus for our table and they acknowledged that we existed but never came with the menus still. We finally gave up and walked out after 10 to 15 minutes of this.Either retrain your staff or get new people before you lose all your customers.

Coming here is such a breath taking, they greet and serve their guests as if they’ve known them forever ❤️ I will continue to come here and make this a gathering moment because I believe my folks will love every second of SOY ❤️

I went in this restaurant at around 7:15. Waited, no one sat us down. Found our own table and tried to flag down a waiter but never got our menus. After about 10 minutes, we gave up and left. Felt very disappointed by the staff and the general ambiance was so generic. Hope whoever reads and is inside right now thinks twice XOXO

Seated ourselves, never even came over, totally ignored us, we walked out, they didn't even care, don't waste your time and money coming to this rude place..

We waited to be seated and no one approached us, so we seated ourselves. No staff came to our table so we called one of them and he brought the menu and that was that. We waited 15 minutes and no one came to our table. It was not so busy. So we left.

I was just living in Asia for the past 15 years so understand that I write this from that perspective. The food was generally good.My husband ordered chicken satay and he didn’t eat as it was deep fried. He prefers when it’s grilled. We had lychee martinis - they were yum. I wish I had requested a chili pepper in it.
