This was the most rude, unprofessional, and outright racist customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. The employee refused to give me a contact number to file a complaint, refused to provide his name, and even refused to give me the name of a supervisor. On top of that, the restaurant was disgusting, flies were all over the food. This location is a complete disgrace to the Subway brand. Stay away! I’ll be filing a formal complaint with video proof, but honestly, this place needs to be shut down.

The bread is so stale that it cut my lip open. If you ask for non-stale bread, you still get stale bread. The guy making the sandwiches doesn't know what's on his menu and gives you an attitude immediately.

I was there on Friday 2/21/25 at around 2:30-3 and there was these three female workers who were absolutely very slow and all they did was talk to each other while ignoring the customer. They would also give me an attitude when I was talking to them politely.
A customer came in asking if they could help him with making accommodations/changes to a sandwich and all the girls were being very rude to him and one even said things behind his back to her other two coworkers.
Managers need to hire good workers who know what customer service is.

We stopped in while getting gas at the mobile pumps outside. We got 2 subs and I couldn't understand the friendly counter girl . So, we just got subs with whatever I pointed at . Subs were very good despite language issues. Overall 4 stars
