I've been in here a lot, but on 2 separate occasions have seen the little server with an attitude literally curse people out from behind the counter. This last time she did it and then disappeared into the kitchen leaving her day 3 trainee to smooth things over and tend to the customers behind them. The issue? They wanted her to wrap one sandwich before starting the other for food allergy reasons. Absolutely insane. The trainee was very professional and helpful, though. Hope she lasts

I ordered through DoorDash and when my ordered arrived they didn’t give me what I asked for. I asked for a WRAP not a SANDWICH. How do you mess that up?? Makes zero sense. Next time I’ll just show up in person so they don’t mess up my order. Period

This place is a joke, first of all my friend and I placed an order for pick up 3 hours in advance & we said that we would be there by 1:40 to pick it up. We get in at 1:46 and we look at the pick up area and nothing was there so we go over to the counter and the lady was helping someone else ahead of us and she was moving super slow and then finally about six or seven minutes later she comes over and asks what our names are and we tell her and she’s like oh OK hold on, two minutes later she pulls out our two sandwiches that we ordered slammed them on the counter. She was not polite and was completely unhelpful. I have never seen a person in the food/customer service industry move so slowly… Like a sloth. I also want to mention that it was completely dead in there so no excuse for our stuff to not be ready. Also my friend ordered a churro and it was rock hard and she couldn’t eat it and she tried banging it on the table to see if it would break but no luck… way too hard

Very underrated subway here, service is nice and they seem to always be in stock on stuff. Not a lot of people come to this subway (or this mall in general) so it’s mostly not packed and usually quiet inside. Subs and sandwiches are made pretty quickly too, just wanted to add that.
The food was so good and the customers service is amazing Bernard was so nice. And the veggies were delicious and fresh.
Vegetarian options: Banana peppers, cucumbers, Green peppers, jalapeño peppers, Lettuce, olives, Black, onions and many more

Never disappointed, not once; I've been to so many of the locations inside of gas stations, the old one @Chester, the one in Middletown Walmart and I literally will go out of my way to come only to this one. To be completely straightforward the rest of them all suck and the people are rude. So this is the absolute best one to come to.
Kid-friendliness: Bathroom is always clean and staff is always receptive to my kiddos asking for water or extra sauce/toppings.
8/14/24 6:30pm - the crew working were awesome dealing with our van load of kids, super friendly and quick at handling all the orders. Thanks guys.

The lady at the counter is super nice. But the wait time is ridiculous because she's the only one during the most busiest time of the day. I waited over 30 min for my sandwich and during the time I was there waiting about 10 people walked out because they didn't want to wait.
