We come here every once in a while, and not much has changed. We usually order the same thing every time we go here. We told them we wanted all soft tacos. They gave us all hard tacos instead. Sometimes the tacos are just barely warm like they were thrown into a microwave for 50 seconds.

Walked inside waited 5 mins . No body at the front or paying attention noticed 4 people outside smoking weed in the car one came in looking like a want to be thug life walked behind the counter was not an employee and still no notice so we walked out. Went to the drive thru and immediately go service we let her she couldn't help us as we were waiting 10 mins in her lobby and had done said something 2x loud enough for someone to hear us. Everyone was just too busy worrying about getting high !!! .

Worst taco bell i ever visited!!! Left cheesy potatoes open in the bag and made a mess when i asked to replaced it and switch bag; she laughed and just gave me new potatoes container half filled. Management need to change.

absolutely awful workers idk how theyre not fired! every single time i order they forget half of my order or get it wrong for spending 50$ on 6 tacos you whld think they would get it right at least once i tried calling the store no answer 5x and i reached out to doordash and all they gave me was 14$ for more then half of my order wrong and missing. completely over the unprofessional drug addicts who cant read an order. i work in the food industry and its common sense i will be contacting headquarters about this because its very frustrating going to eat your food and it not being present or correct. the lack of untrained employees is ridiculous and putting a damper on their business. seriously unsatisfied every single time and i’m done coming to this location.

Rude employees. closed the inside at 9pm when we showed up at 9:19 and it said “open until 10 or later. “ took forever to get our food when we mobile ordered and went in the drive through. didn’t even know how to cut a quesadilla and it wasn’t even cooked well the cheese wasn’t even melted. nacho fries were disgusting. worst taco bell i’ve ever been to.

Got the order wrong.. sat in the drive thru line for 25 minutes. Didn’t leave because I already ordered. I ordered a crunch wrap with extra beef….. barely even got any beef to begin with. The chalupa shell was so hard. Absolutely horrible
