I don’t go to a Taco Bell every day but I know a bad one when I see it. The food was okay, albeit sloppily prepared. The service was rude- even though I used the kiosk. The guy who handed me my food was just a miserable person. I had to ask for my drink cup. And two of the fountain drinks were just putting out carbonated water.
All this just points to a poorly run restaurant. If the GM reads this, just hire nice people. It shouldn’t be that hard.

i wish id read these reviews before i ordered but i didnt. this place needs help. i think its understaffed so the fault lies with the owner. shame on you whoever you are. food took forever and many others in this place waiting were upset and complaining as well. avoid this location, its the worst of any taco bell ive ever been to

Came here @10 pm they claim to have run out of half of everything taco shells were very stale and nasty the burtio was sloppy had no sauce just dry disgusting and stale like was ridiculous as well

Very disappointed with service. My daughter ALWAYS orders her meals with NO TOMATOES. We EVEN went inside, despite ordering takeout, so that representative would get it right. BUT WRONG AGAIN!! I ALMOST WENT BACK IN TO COMPLAIN but quite honestly, just did NOT have the patience. Figured I'll write a review about HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM ABOUT THEM CONSTANTLY GETTING CUSTOMER ORDERS WRONG.

25 minute wait for nacho fries…. Multiple workers inside on their phone. Out of multiple items already and it’s only 11am
Horrible experience this is the second time I had my order come back and correct if I could rate this a zero I would. The service sucks, my quesadilla wasn't cut. My tacos were dumped in the back out of the wrapper. I will be giving corporate a call on how horrible this place is becoming.
