Worst Taco Bell that I've ever been to in my life!!!! Missing items from my order, the staff were arguing with each other and there was a long wait for the food. my baja blast was basically flat from right out the machine for I poured it myself. Don't believe i will ever be returning even though there isn't even another Taco Bell within an hour of where Iive.

Parking lot not plowed, sidewalks not adequately cleared. Heat inside not working, mens's restroom out of order, no ice for drinks, no medium drink cup lids!

At $6.50 per freaking taco, could you spend a few bucks on maintenance? Loose bathroom doorknob, loose credit card reader, fecal-scattered toilet plunger, toilet paper sitting on top of dispenser, paper towels sitting on another dispenser. I mean god damn, treat your customers with the barest semblance of respect.

i had an online order, and when i came to pick it up they messed it up. i had a chicken quesadilla and a steak quesadilla, so they labeled one steak and after taking a couple bites i realize it’s chicken. and i asked for sour cream that wasn’t to be found. as someone who worked in fast food there’s no excuse for messing it up when u made us wait for the online food too!

Food was correct but I was a simple order food was overflowing abundant and delicious despite what I've heard this was a great experience maybe we just got lucky 😅 atmosphere was just a normal taco bell nothing special. Foods great, line was short.

I don’t go to a Taco Bell every day but I know a bad one when I see it. The food was okay, albeit sloppily prepared. The service was rude- even though I used the kiosk. The guy who handed me my food was just a miserable person. I had to ask for my drink cup. And two of the fountain drinks were just putting out carbonated water.
All this just points to a poorly run restaurant. If the GM reads this, just hire nice people. It shouldn’t be that hard.

i wish id read these reviews before i ordered but i didnt. this place needs help. i think its understaffed so the fault lies with the owner. shame on you whoever you are. food took forever and many others in this place waiting were upset and complaining as well. avoid this location, its the worst of any taco bell ive ever been to
