Absolutely disgusting food quality and terrible service. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The chicken was beyond over seasoned, incredibly spicy, and mostly fat - it was inedible. The black beans were also astonishingly spicy and over seasoned also not edible. The guac had so much onion in it that that was all you could taste. The service was also atrocious - the girl behind the counter didn't speak or understand a single word of English and the girl behind the register wasn't much better.

Service is truly horrendous. I placed and order for pick up the lady behind the counter when I asked if I can get sauces to go legit looked at me like I had 3 heads and didn’t acknowledge so she ended up calling over what seemed to be a manager (blonde hair) she gave me the sauces finally but also was rude about it. Just a very uncomfortable customer service feel in total like I was being a burden for asking for sauces. Mind you it took 3 people to find get what I was asking for smh.

(Sorry for the image in advance.) 6hrs before closing and they ran out of almost all meats. Also had to wait for the sides to be prepped. Alright , things happen... What isn’t alright is when I get double meat but it’s all BONES and FATTY pieces (the chewy kind that makes you shiver when you bite into it). $$ down the drain. Really upset with this, hope they get more training on what pieces of meat should be prepped in. Unfortunately I looked over at the stove and it was not very clean either. If various reviews are also telling you that this location is disorganized and has low ratings, maybe try to address the issues before more of us waste time and money to “give it a chance” and end up just as disappointed as these comments, mine including. I don’t even complain but this sent me over with my double meat being bones/tendons/chewy and had to spit out.

Yes the Employee named Chase at the Chipotle at 195 Bedford ave Mt Kisco New York was extremely rude and racist. I requested white rice for my 3 year son child's meal. I needed the rice without the Cilantro which I get whenever I go to chipotle because he is allergic and she would not honor the request saying that chipotle doesn't offer it when I know they do. She was sooo rude in her approach. I felt she was being raciest because she helped all the other customers on line with no problems. I visit this chipotle all the time and never had any issues. Her name is Chase.

I was hoping fresh food during lunch hour. I’m sorry I don’t usually do this. but even the chips were stale. I’m very disappointed. I did not enjoy my lunch :/ had to throw the rest out. please do better. The only good thing about this visit was the lady at the cash register. She had a nice smile. I believe she had glasses, but she was the only one there that look like she wanted to be there.
