This Dunkin’ has officially lost me as a customer. Every single time I place a curbside order, no one brings it out, what’s the point of offering curbside if the staff never uses it? Today was the final straw. After waiting 20 minutes outside for my food, I went in and politely asked to speak to a manager and request a refund. They didn’t even bother calling the manager, just refunded me without an apology or any attempt to make it right. This is a recurring issue and today proved they clearly don’t care about customer service.

Bad rating here because this Dunkin is a good ten minute drive from the sign on I-684 pointing it out. That is way too far to drive off the interstate, sign people. Think about it: 20 minutes there and back.

The wait is over indeed! Took forever to get to. The highway said Exit 4 Dunkin Donuts. Ok I thought just off the highway. Not a scavenger hunt moving from one sign to DD this way sign to another. Almost gave up. lol. Place is impressive for a DD. Very clean. A lot of merchandise for sale and display. They even had a DD mountain bike. I went with an iced latte. Surprised to espresso machines so decided to give it a try. Came out good. Also went with some Boston crime star shape for the holiday

Dunkin is, you know, Dunkin. Good, solid cup of coffee. I go with the vanilla frosted with sprinkles when I do get a donut.
The food and beverages are good, store is clean. My problem is with some of the crew members & management. They think it’s ok to ignore a complaint about an aggressive, sexist, crew member. Insecure people….

This is a terrific Dunkin' Donuts to have a cup of coffee and some donuts. I brought my mother last week and we had a nice time. We each had half a sandwich and a donut and coffee. The people who served us were polite and kind and the place was clean. My mother claimed the bathroom was in impeccable shape. I also thought mine was clean as well. We spent at least 45 minutes and the experience was wonderful. Hats off to this owner and the staff.
