I just left this Dunkin and I had the worst experience of my life, the guy who was serving had the worst attitude and behavior towards me, I arrived greeting him and being friendly and from him I only received that you want to order, my drinks were horrible I hadn't finished ordering my coffees and they were ready! Really!??? I'll go back until I find the manager there and let him know that he has the worst employee!!! My coffees are pure water with sugar! If you had a bad day I'm sorry; but it's not your clients' fault! Breathe and come back!!!

Very rude service makes me wait there standing for several minutes a couple of times already and he never let me finish my order. I’m speaking walk away and response in a nasty rude way.

I have given this location multiple chances hoping for the best each time, but they unfortunately don't live up to the standards of all the other Dunkin's in the area. They burn their sandwiches, are often sold out of drink flavors and their refreshers tase like dirty water instead of sweet. I recommend skipping this location and going to the location near Target in Mt. Kisco or the one inside Shell in Bedford hills.

Been coming here for last 4 times.
First time, I ordered Online got to the store and it was close. It was 5:45 am,
I came back next day, tried to explain what happened and the lady working there was rude and didn’t want help me out. Terrible customer service.
Third time I got there same thing. Ordered online at 5:30 am. Got to store around 5:45 order was not ready, got working there barely moves and won’t talk. My order was ready st 5:55.
Today same thing order was not ready, had to wait again, unfortunately it’s not coffee place on my way to work that opens early .

Don’t ever come ever come here, if i could give zero stars i would without a doubt. Dude was on his phone and didn’t help us till 3 min later and gets mad at us as to why were taking 5 seconds to order. Worst service ever. If don’t have patience to help customers your on the wrong job, this dude should be fired. We came in at 5:35 today 10-23-24

If you want to get verbally harassed, come to this dunkin. My family walked in to use the bathroom, upon walking in we saw no one at the register. No one was at the register. We thought the employee might’ve been taking a break and so I was waiting next to my siblings. In the corner of the store there are two people yapping away. After a while of waiting, they suddenly start yelling at me and my family saying it isn’t a public bathroom and they both started talking about us as if we were not standing right in front of them. Apparently, this person is an employee- mind you the register has been empty, they have no uniform, and they’re chatting it up in the corner of the store - you expect me to go scouting the store for someone to take my order? I have always seen Dunkin employees wearing uniform and there was absolutely no uniform or indication that this person was an employee. Extremely disappointed that the owner was yelling at us when she was also chatting in the corner and knew no one was at the register taking our order.

We went to the register and they continued yelling at us. We told the employee that we were going to order but there was no one at the register and so we assumed no one was present to take our order. He answered back with such an attitude and repeated that we didn’t order. I don’t know what part of “there was no one at the register” he was not understanding. He then said he was sitting at the “employee table” (it was a chair in the corner of the store).

They also didn’t have matcha. Extremely rude people.

Extremely rude employee and “owner”. Do not bother coming here for a quick stop or anything because you’re going to leave with a bitter taste in your mouth unfortunately. Our experience was so bad but it felt as though the employee felt prideful about the bad service instead of feeling sorry. Terrible all around! Save your time and money, don’t come here!!

The service and atmosphere here is TERRIBLE. There was no one at the register, or in dunkin uniform so we could know they’re employees. Then an employee made a situation about using the bathroom, while we were waiting for someone to take our order. The owner called the situation ‘ridiculous’, but what’s really ridiculous is their unprofessionalism and service. Don’t ruin your day and go somewhere else.
