I was there recently and I think that a well-known place should not have employees of that type who serve people in a terrible way and want to do what they want and not what the client wants. If I were the owner, I would fire everyone who does not meet the requirement to work in a place like that, which makes us lose clients and gives a bad image to the company

Walked in there at 10 am on 7/14/25 for a coffee and bagel. Male clerk with curly hair was completely rude and disrespectful. He took a wrong order I asked to have it corrected and he had an issue doing his job. Proceeds to bad mouth me in Spanish. What he least expected was that I could respond to him in Spanish. Be careful how you treat black people cause the tolerance level for discrimination is low. Not sure who the owner is but I’d recommend hiring friendly patrons for your business. There was no need for him to react the way he did.

I had the worst experience today at the establishment. The employees were so loud and not bothered to take my order until they were done with their conversation. When I was finally able to give them order they didn't confirm my order, but instead try to correct me and tell me that I didn't know how to order my food correctly since there was only a miscommunity. He was a spanish cashier wearing casual clothing wish I believe is the manager. I left without making any complaints, but he start yelling at me until I left the location.

I’ve been to this location a few times. During my most recent visit I was reminded why I visit so infrequently. The gentleman who works in the morning is extremely short. He does not make eye contact. When I asked if they had Dunkin Midnight, an item advertised in their menu, I was told dismissively, “we don’t make that here”.

I’ll keep trying.

Out of the 3 DDs withing a 3 mile radius, all of which are mediocre at best, this is the worst one. The staff constantly make it feel like you're inconveniencing them to do their job. I avoid this one and go to one 20 minutes away. Awful.

absolute worst dunkin location i’ve ever been to. wrong order every time and then gets messed up even when politely asking to fix it. workers get visibly and audibly frustrated with you for their own mistakes. go to the other location down the road to avoid these issues. terrible service and food from this location.

I just left this Dunkin and I had the worst experience of my life, the guy who was serving had the worst attitude and behavior towards me, I arrived greeting him and being friendly and from him I only received that you want to order, my drinks were horrible I hadn't finished ordering my coffees and they were ready! Really!??? I'll go back until I find the manager there and let him know that he has the worst employee!!! My coffees are pure water with sugar! If you had a bad day I'm sorry; but it's not your clients' fault! Breathe and come back!!!

Very rude service makes me wait there standing for several minutes a couple of times already and he never let me finish my order. I’m speaking walk away and response in a nasty rude way.
