I couldn’t even hear myself breathe in here. The young Spanish man was so loud. Screaming out orders at the expo window even though there were three people in the spot. He was acting like a drunken fool at 11am grabbing the two other ladies working in the bag and hugging them squeezing them. Calling all the customers papi. His energy is way off. Need to cool it as myself and the others were side eyeing each other wondering what this guy was on.

Extremely rude. Absolutely nasty service. The bar is already low, given the fact that it's a Dunkin, but this particular location has found a way to limbo under a bar that's merely millimeters from the ground. Bravo

I was there recently and I think that a well-known place should not have employees of that type who serve people in a terrible way and want to do what they want and not what the client wants. If I were the owner, I would fire everyone who does not meet the requirement to work in a place like that, which makes us lose clients and gives a bad image to the company

Walked in there at 10 am on 7/14/25 for a coffee and bagel. Male clerk with curly hair was completely rude and disrespectful. He took a wrong order I asked to have it corrected and he had an issue doing his job. Proceeds to bad mouth me in Spanish. What he least expected was that I could respond to him in Spanish. Be careful how you treat black people cause the tolerance level for discrimination is low. Not sure who the owner is but I’d recommend hiring friendly patrons for your business. There was no need for him to react the way he did.

I had the worst experience today at the establishment. The employees were so loud and not bothered to take my order until they were done with their conversation. When I was finally able to give them order they didn't confirm my order, but instead try to correct me and tell me that I didn't know how to order my food correctly since there was only a miscommunity. He was a spanish cashier wearing casual clothing wish I believe is the manager. I left without making any complaints, but he start yelling at me until I left the location.
