It Says in large green picture $1 for donut or $3 for egg and cheese sandwich. In unreadable writing it says you have to buy a full price coffe to get that price. True american con job. Shame on them. check it out for yourself.

This store is my favorite Dunkin store so now I only come to this one . Elida and Ronni and Erick and others always treat me well. They are all friendly , try very hard to please , and are all super nice. This store is clean and roomy enough to enjoy your food if you choose to stay and I highly recommend this store to anyone. All of the people, especially Elida, go beyond to provide excellent service.

If you're the franchise owner or business manager, reading this is crucial for improving your store's profitability. Prioritize investing in your staff and training them in excellent customer service. I had a negative experience where the front desk employee ( working on 10 th of November 9 am , women and a guy ) was rude when I asked for missing items in the order, and they don’t want pack your order properly. When I addressed the issue, he became aggressive, making me concerned for my safety.These days, it seems like everyone is focused on making money, often overlooking the importance of humanity and compassion.

Be very careful when you go inside. The male employee working on Monday morning, October 30, 2023 started a very loud fight with a door dash employee because she filed a complaint that he swore and yelled at her during her previous visit. She fled the store. When he approached me at the counter he began to swear at me and yell. It's clear that he has a great deal of anger. I asked him to stop cursing and I finished my transaction, wished him good luck and fled to the sound of his laughter (?) and curses. I'm just happy there were no children present. I will never enter that dangerous environment again.
The workers always seem like they don’t want to be there. My dad stood at the registers while the worker just sat there on his phone and made my dad wait until he felt like taking my dads order. Just seeing the workers like that makes you NOT want to order. I will never understand why they are still working here even after all the customer service complaints they receive.

Dunkin Donuts is a huge company and has strict quality standards. I get the avocado toast here a few days a week with bacon and an order of snackin bacon. Today this is what I received. Matted bread with peice of cardboad on it, without bacon topping. Bacon not warmed up.Such a bummer because certain people here work very hard.

I ordered at this Dunkin on the app and I ordered $21 worth of Dunkin, the place was still closed at 6:40 and it says it’s open at 5am, I bet they don’t have enough staff but still be on time. Don’t order on the app at this Dunkin in the morning, it probably opens at 8am. I ordered from DoorDash to DD and I ordered the same thing and when I got the food they gave my first order and they gave me a whole dozen of donuts saying that they were sorry! There pretty good on that I was shocked when I got my first order but still they should be open at the certain time that it says it’s open.
