Very bad food and very bad service..

Have never left a Google review in my life but just gotta say this place has easily the rudest staff and oddest atmosphere at a pizzeria I’ve ever seen. They act like they’re doing you a massive favor as they wordlessly toss two greasy sandwich bags with mediocre food and no napkins for ~26 bucks onto the counter. Was only here because I was visiting family in the ER and was getting food for them. Somehow wish I got hospital food instead.

Looking at the older reviews none of the dozens of nurses or doctors that work literally right next door are ordering from here either. On top of all that the owner also seems to like to try and directly message users that leave bad reviews like a weirdo and scrambles to discredit them in the comments. Do yourself a favor and pass on this dump if you’re looking for anything to eat. Plenty of better options in the neighborhood by the look of it.

Edit: Like clockwork, there he is again with no regard as to maybe why this place has gotten horrible reviews about customer service for years and years on google. The thought it’s their own fault is impossible I guess. Just a snarky little reply to discredit any and all customers who say anything negative ?

Ive been ordering from Gerardo's forever. the food is great, reasonably priced and the staff are professional, personable and friendly. If you're in the mood for Italian food or pizza, I Highly recommend them.

Parking: Don't order delivery from this place..... drivers don't know how to read addresses and they just leave you food on the street.....never again will I order

Great quality pizza and the chicken parm roll is my go to. The staff are always super polite and courteous. I’ve been coming to this place for years and it’s always been the same high quality food and service.

The service at this joint is very poor. The staff that answered the phone after me telling him my address, first he said he would deliver , then changed his mind and told us to order from door dash. After we paid in full he said that door dash makes them send their own drivers and he can’t deliver.Upon calling door dash we were informed the restaurant doesn’t have a deal with door dash where dashers go there, they use their own drivers and just advertise on door dash. He hung up the phone when we requested a cancellation despite saying he won’t deliver. The least he could have done is cancel the order.Like in many other posts below I had the same experience of the ‘staff’ huffing and puffing on the phone from my first to my last call.Extremely rude!!!

I’ve been ordering from Gerardo’s for years. I’ve given them plenty of business over the years. However, their prices have gotten ridiculous as well as their service. I ordered for my birthday dinner shrimp scampi and clams oregonata. Instead of them delivering the clams oregonata, they gave me clams casino which I don’t like. When I called to tell him they gave me an incorrect order, he told me to just eat the clam casino. I don’t like clams casino. He made no effort to rectify it or offer me credit. The shrimp scampi was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. $60 later. My birthday dinner was ruined. Don’t give them business because they don’t care if they get any. Use D’Almafi in Bedford Hills instead the is better service is nicer.

Our favorite pizza place in Kisco! Pizza is great and any guy behind the counter is always so friendly/welcoming! Perfect place all around!

Parking: Parking on the street. Sometimes is available. But just around the corner there's a lot and they have a back door

Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly. Right across the from the park I've seen countless families there after a summer day/lots of baseball games etc

My family orders from Gerardo's nearly every week! We have tried many, many delicious meals from the menu. We always have a delectable and hearty meal and are always pleased with the service and professionalism of the business. We are all Italian and we are NEVER disappointed! Whenever there is the slightest question or issue with completing the order we get a personal call to clarify or satisfy the order, despite how busy the restaurant is on a night.
