The rudeness is what did it. We called and placed an order. Drove to pick it up, my husband came out with our food and said “never again!”. The woman at the counter was rude to him. We drove away to discover we needed to go back for napkins, utensils, and condiments. When my husband went inside to ask for these things, the same woman snapped at him with an attitude. Definitely won’t be back.

I tried this place a few times and the food was OK but they just gave me rotten boneless pork spareribs. I assumed it from the smell as soon as I opened the container but tried one bite and had to spit it out (see photo).
When I called to ask for a refund, they told me I had to drive all the way back to Mount Kisco (not near me) to show them the food in order to get the refund. They were not helpful or apologetic and the place is not sanitary so I don’t recommend it for people that want food that won’t make them sick.

What happened? You used to be the best. I ordered shrimp and lobester sauce and I got processed fake seafood and that’s not ok. Egg rolls were old and greasy. Please get it together.

I went to buy egg rolls and could not understand why they were sitting out before she put them in the fryer this should be looked at from the city before they get some one sick once I got food poisoning and almost died

Small portion of chicken lo mein was 10 dollars. I thought that was ridiculous. I also ordered curry shrimp. I got 3 shrimp and a tone of onions.

Terrible terrible service would never go here I order a big order for a party was missing orders I paid a big amount of money for it to be missing orders on top of that I order on a separate time and trying to give them a second chance the food tasted old and had cockroaches in the food would never go here again don’t eat here unless you wanna get sick

Usually this is pretty good Chinese food. However the egg rolls were kind of greasy inside without enough cabbage, and the cashew chicken was mostly types of vegetables that don't usually find their way into cashew chicken. It was more like Moo Goo Gai Pan with cashews and broccoli. I know I am a little picky about cashew chicken, but it would be nice if some place around here looked at a traditional recipe for it once in a while.

I've been doing take out dinner combo at 6:45 pm. Ordering online 30 minutes before pickup. Always ready, always hot. Need to get the utensils and napkins there - they don't automatically put them in the bag (which is good. You just have to know).
