Second time bad experience. Was in there yesterday morning spent $17 for 2 bagels and 1 muffin the only thing that was correct in the bag after my 35 minutes drive was the muffin, clearly English language wasn't clear enough for the female who too my order and wrote on the little pad she mite have been the one who screwed up my last order earlier in the year as well. Sucks but they don't even answer the phone if you call this place Big Apple Bagels. If this is incorrect I can only imagine what's going on in the kitchen smh..

Extremely rude counter staff (might have even been a manager or owner) and beyond expensive bagels. Not worth it. Goldbergs in Katonah is better!

the food in the showcase has flies you can see them having fun in the food you will eat it. Bagels, cookies are contaminated. Not friendly employees. Poor environment. People deserve a better place to go get their breakfast. You will regret to go there. Open a little late there are not to many options after 7:45 pm they said.

After enjoying great bagels in Manhattan for 20 years and moving to the suburbs, I can tell you these are the best bagels I have found in Westchester. Current rating does not do justice to the quality of the bagels—way better than other stores in area. Yes, there is often a line— bring your iPhone and you won’t notice. No, it’s not 1980s prices anymore, unfortunately. The employees are very nice.

Just paid over $16 for 2 BECs w/hash browns. No cheese. No hashbrown

Bagels ok. Not staffed appropriately, the two women they had were incredibly slow moving and kept talking about the angry customers as if we weren’t there. Not coming back.

I don't mind paying for a good mealm I get inflation but if I order a bagel with lox on it I acpect just that. This place is not cheap. My cream cheese and bagel woth lox should not look like lox spread. My 17 $ bagel with lox should look like a sandwich not a bagel with cream cheese. On 2 different occasions I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and they put no cheese or bacon on it. But they made sure to charge me 15$

In my opinion the bagels here are some of the best in the area. The problem I have is when you ask for regular and Scallion cream cheese it cost over $4 with tax. So I only come very rarely for bagels, after I pickup 1lb of freshly made cream cheese somewhere else for $11/lb. I stopped ordering sandwiches because the lines are always too long and it takes forever before you can even order.

Got 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. waited about 25-30 min. You can decide if it’s worth it

One of the best bagel shops in the area. Not on par with NYC's best, but it does the job
