I’m giving 3 stars for the boba itself, but the experience was wonderful! This was my first time visiting Mount Kisco and I always love exploring new towns with a drink in hand. Right when I entered Pick Up, I was kindly greeted and walked through the menu. The staff was super helpful when I had questions, which is a huge plus. I got the Earl Grey milk tea (non-dairy creamer is the default, with tapioca boba as a default too) with 50% sugar. The tea itself was delicious, floral (almost like rose) and strong, I could taste the hints of real black tea. Though, the tapioca bubbles were not soft at all, and almost doughy in the center (somewhat uncooked). They were generous with the bubbles, but all of them were the same consistency. That was a letdown because the rest of the drink and experience was perfect.

Love the new flavors! I’m obsessed with the mango slushy with tapioca pearls. The staff is great and it’s a cute little spot to take the kids or just meet a friend and then stroll down the main street for some shopping!

This place fell off big time! I used to come often and within the last few months while I was away, they changed something. It used to taste fresh and not to sweet but it seems they are cutting corners and it doesn’t taste as good. Bummer!
They make really good boba tea. Like, “worth driving 30 minutes to get there” kind of boba tea. Would recommend.

Today I received very good service from an emo employee working the register. I have never tried Boba Tea before, she had walked me through all the steps and I’m happy to say that she made me enjoy my first time trying bubble tea. She made everything simple to understand. The boba was very chewy, and my taro tasted amazing!
