Not saying the boba is bad, but the staff is the problem. The boba isn’t the “best” as some people may say but all I have to say it that it is okay. The boba is a weird quality and doesn’t have the best flavor but I would give it a 5/10. Whenever I order the black milk tea, it’s very high concentration with less milk. They do need better quality tea. Depending on different staff, it determines how much boba is put in the drink. For example, I go here one day, and I ask for double boba. The woman gives me one normal portion of boba. But their very miserly with their boba portions. They don’t give enough at all. Even when I try complaining, they say their “giving more then they should” which is not right because when I go to other places, such as Gong cha, Kung fu bubble tea and Tous le jous, they give a good portion worth the price. Over here on the other hand, they do not care. I spent 8 dollars on a normal large black milk tea with “double boba” when there literally 5 pearls in the drink for one portion, so in all when I ask for double, the give at most 10 pearls. It’s very sad to see people wasting their money here when they can spend an extra 10 minutes to go to other places they you get what you pay for. The staff is another problem. The staff sometimes are nice depending on who it is. One day, I walked in the store and found this emp gothic girl standing there. I thought nothing and just walked up ordered nicely. But sorry to say she was very off hand. I ask her for a black milk tea with double boba and large as usual. She gave one portion of boba (like 5 pearls or something lol) and

At first I wasn't going to try this place cause it looks so businesslike and not very engaging. After a while my boyfriend and I decided to try it and bother phrase don't judge a book by its cover stands true. The bubble tea is delicious! The servers are very nice and explain how their reward system works. It's a bit different but easy enough after they explain it. It's always nice and quite inside since get only have so many tables. Over all a great place that I highly recommend coming soon as they have a pumpkin boba for a limited time. It's taste amazing!!!!

We ordered, we paid, then we were told that they ran out of Boba? How does a Bubble tea shop not have more Boba ready to go. Anyway, we were offered refunds or substitutes. My kid had the Black Milk Tea and she said it tasted like fruit? At the time we ordered we weren't aware that there were 3 types of black tea to choose from and she was given Ceylon which isn't the usual standard. I was having the new Hatch Cold Brew so I choose to get the foam topping instead. Unfortunately, it had very little coffee taste and without the Boba it wasn't worth getting. For Cold Foam Cold Brew go to Starbucks. Sorry Pick Up Bubble Tea Shop but I have had great Bubble Tea all over Westchester and this was a huge let down.

If you're anything like me this place is perfect for if you're on a run to work and didn't get to eat breakfast/lunch, the drinks with boba are very filling and many of the options offer health benefits. The milk teas are also made with non-dairy creamers which is perfect for anyone who can't eat dairy. I also haven't had any issues so far with rude staff, if so I will update my review. Perfect location, Mount Kisco really needed it!

The place seemed popular with the locals, with about 10 people in a small but cute space. I got there after 5 pm and they had only one young man working. Owners or management need to provide him with some help! There is a kiosk where you input your order and pay. However, he still needs to provide customer service and mix all those drinks. In addition, he had to announce to the store that they ran out of boba. I spotted a deli right across the street which also sold bubble tea. In addition they had great customer service and a full array of fruits and snacks. Overall the space and workers were the highlight of the spot.
Such a pretty ambiance inside and the bubble tea is quality!

I have been wanting to try this place since I saw they opened, but the hours were all over the place and weren't open on Sundays until recently. Well last Sunday was National Bubble Tea day so I made the move, mostly based on the wonderfully extensive Yelp review of a previous customer. The place is small but bright white and clean. There are a few tables and also seating along the window. You can place your order through a kiosk or with a real human, I opted for the human. They have several options ranging from flavored teas, milk teas and slushies, brown sugar boba and popping boba. I usually go with what I know when ordering a drink that is $8+ so that's what I did, with the Oreo brown sugar. It was excellent - the bubbles were HOT and sweet and there were real Oreo cookie crumbles on top and I think a foam cap. I gave this 4 stars because $8 for a drink that was at least 75% milk seems a bit steep, but I get the whole experience and of course the pics for Instagram cost something. Also, most places in the area that offer bubble tea, are not making it correctly and really doing a disservice to the trend. I will definitely be back because parking is so easy, they know what they're doing, and maybe I'll even be brave and try something else!
