My order of over $100 was flavorless and lacking in substance, which is a shame because this was not the case in the past. The price does not reflect the food, which was less than mediocre.

They undercooked the lobster by accident. The Mac and cheese was decent. The food was kinda bland. The seasoning they use was blocked up under the lobster. The sauce was more watery than sauce. Honestly we should have gotten a discount on behalf of the frozen lobster. They apologized, took our dismantled lobster back and recooked it lol. I might be spoiled from living in NH and Maine cause the lobster tasted old. When I opened up a claw it had some weird moldy looking spot on it. I couldn't imagine it was from the tamale because I had JUST cracked it open...And the texture wasn't right. Tasted like I bit into a dead fish honestly. I was really excited to try this place out. Looked great but tasted bleh..

Ordered a large pick up order and the service was great! Seamless and prompt. Food was so tasty, priced great. Snow crabs definitely a favorite! So flavorful!!! I will definitely be a regular here.

Food was good. I agree that portions are rather small but not my issue. Service was horrendous. We were the only people in the restaurant and there was a 15ish year old kid as the server. No clue on what service in a restaurant means. I had to ask for the basics. Zero personality. Won’t go back because of service. If you want to be successful, hire some experienced staff.

Don’t waste your money here. This place is way overpriced for small portions and bland flavor. I tried the shaking flavor as suggested by our server. Not worth it.I don’t recommend this place at all.

It’s a little bit pricy but understandable, because seafood is expensive. The shaking sauce is delicious and I definitely gonna come back next time.

This is what I paid 9 dollars for, Kraft Mac n cheese. You should update ur picture on ur website because it is VERY misleading. When you go to the site and click menu, then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page for sides, it is a completely different Mac and cheese in the picture shown. I will never be getting food from here again. Very little portions for high prices, Very salty and the on top of that paying these high prices for Kraft Mac. Hah. You may have gotten me this time but u will not get me again and I hope no one else gets got.

Food was great! Concept is different as you don’t have plates but food is served in a bag shaken with your choice of sauce/seasoning! I ordered twin lobster tails with two sides in the garlic butter and it was delicious. They also give you gloves and bibs. They don’t have a liquor license yet, so it’s BYOB, but we brought our own bottle of wine and they gave us cups. Overall I would recommend if you like lobster or crab legs!
