I was really disappointed with this restaurant. The grills were greasy and not properly cooked, even though I asked for them well done. The texture was completely wrong — chewy like gum — and the flavor had nothing to do with an authentic Turkish grill. Overall, a very poor experience and definitely not worth the visit.

The Turk in Mt. Kisco is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with such warmth that it immediately set the tone for the evening. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, striking the perfect balance between casual and refined, which was ideal for both a relaxed dinner for a special night out.
The service was outstanding—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff made us feel right at home. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured everything about our meal was perfect.
The food was absolutely delicious! We tried the Lamb Shish Kebab and the Doner Kebab, and both were cooked to perfection. The lamb was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, while the Doner Kebab had just the right balance of seasoning and richness. The spicy side seasoning was a standout, packed with a spicy hot flavor, the perfect complement to the meal, and something we’ll definitely be coming back for.
Overall, The Turk delivers a fantastic dining experience all around: warm hospitality, excellent service, and unforgettable food. Highly recommend to anyone in the area, you won’t be disappointed!

I ordered delivery, waited more than one hour before I called to ask about the status. The woman who picked up told me the dasher is leaving and it will be about 25 minutes. I said “great! Thank you so much!” 30-40 minutes pass by, nothing, I call again in case they delivered to wrong building which is common in my area. “Woman picked up and said he should be there soon.” Another 15 minutes pass I call to check again. This time, someone picked up the phone and didn’t say anything, they just left me off the receiver, I could hear the background of the restaurant. No one was responding. I hung up and called again, but it was busy you see, as the phone was off the receiver. 😂 I never received my food, I waited more than two hours. I was very pleasant when speaking to the staff, and yet they treated me so rudely. I really love Turkish food, and it was the first time ordering from here. Will not be doing it again. Completely unreliable, you will wait for two hours hungry and never receive your food.

Middle Eastern food is not really my thing but the food here was good. The soup was great, the zucchini very tasty and the coffee was marvellous. Service by the owner was great wonderfully entertaining. Wish I had tried the salted yoghurt but not my flavours so stayed away.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. I placed an order today on Uber eats at 5:30 pm, it said the order would arrive between 6:35-6:55, I was hosting a dinner party and placed a large order. This restaurant has their own drivers so when I called Uber they couldn’t assist as they did not have the driver information. Uber assistance and I kept calling the restaurant and they kept coming as busy- they finally picked up once and hung up on my husband. Did not contact us at all. I kept calling and no response. Eventually, I had to cancel the order and re-order from somewhere. Please do not take the risk of ordering from this restaurant on Uber eats or other forums.
