My coffee is perfect every time! I've been to numerous Dunkin donuts upstate and by far the best! Respectful staff as well!
Just honestly not good. Had a previous experience of waiting 40 min for my coffee, after being told it was on the way, I waited more and then asked again and they said the sticker got misplaced. Not great but I could’ve been more assertive in asking sooner.
Now today we ordered some drinks and some food, 2 out of our 3 drinks had tea in them when they should have had coffee! They did remake them but then the coffee still tasted wrong, like it was burnt or something?...read full review

Dunkin' offers hot, fresh coffee and a great selection of food. The menu features the usual Dunkin' items, with iced beverages like the Dunk-a-Latte being a popular choice. Staff is friendly and provides great service, with vegan and nut-free options available. Parking is easy to get in and out of, with plenty of lighting, and there is accessible parking. However, sometimes they struggle with service speed, with some customers experiencing longer wait times. Despite this, the staff is nice and courteous.
