Genesee River Restaurant & Reception Center

This is a great restaurant with excellent food. We ordered steak and the size and flavor are both surprisingly good. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and visit it again if we come back to Letchworth State

I was traveling from Rochester to Buffalo and stopped in for a bite to eat. It just so happened to be a 90th celebration that evening. We met such friendly people not only that were staff members but also regular customers. I had the fish fry special and it was delicious. If I were to be in the area again sometime I would stop back in.

After our visit to the nearby park, we were very hungry and looking for a restaurant. We found what we were looking for straight away and were warmly welcomed!

The service was very, very nice and attentive, no forced laughter, but honest and personable! My relatives and I were very satisfied.
Changes were made and we were even offered a beer tasting!

All in all a great restaurant and worth a second visit ❤️ Thank you

Was staying at the hotel next door and found this place by chance just walking around (yes even though it’s right next door). I went in and sat at the bar and had service immediately. Best food in town for a great price. Service is amazing, with a super friendly staff. A couple of night I was the last one in at the bar and they let me stay in while they closed. All of the locals are super friendly too and love to make conversation with the newbies and travelers. Can’t beat this place!

This was our 2nd time having dinner here. The steak is absolutely delicious! I had the potato salad that was definitely home made and out of this world, when I told our waitress Nicole how delicious it was she, said she made it. She was a great waitress and very accomodating. I highly suggest eating here, you won't regret it!

We were passing through and decided to stop. Excellent fish fry, salad, veggies, omg it was so good!!!! Our meals were perfect.

We stayed next door and noticed this restaurant. We walked over for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommend the french onion soup as I had it for both meals. Everyone we talked to was super nice and accommodating. Nicole was a great waiter attentive and funny. So glad we stopped by!

Wow and yummy. Nicole (without an h because who even spells it that way) told me buy two steaks. Best decision of my of my life. I'm still drooling. I only regret not eating a third porter house.

We were passing through town and staying at the hotel next door. They recommended we stop in, and even had a poster of the menu on display.We were sat immediately, had fantastic service and even better food! The chicken parm was great, and the blackened chicken Alfredo was amazing!The highlight for us was the three layer rainbow cake! It was just like the cookies, but as a whole cake! We took an extra piece to go!Would definitely stop back again!

We just attended our WNYMA banquet here this weekend. The venue was perfect. There was ample parking and a hotel next door. The food was good and the waitstaff was on top of their game. The bar staff were quick and friendly. The restrooms were big and clean. The lobby was nice and the large dancefloor was a hit. We had a great time.

Parking: Ample parking for large parties. We had no trouble with our large party.

Kid-friendliness: My kids tore upthe dancefloor. The bar offered plenty of cute drinks for the kids.

Nice dinner. Bartender/waitress/soup chef - amazing. The soup and steak were very good. The service was amazing especially considering she was covering the bar and entire restaurant. Worth the stop.
