Worst ever McDonald I have ever visited. The staff needs to learn how to speak with their customers. She didn’t even bring my food to my table despite my order instructions. She left my food on reception for over 20 minutes. When I went to her, she said i personally cannot bring your food to you (no reason). She put my food in the bag instead of tray. When I asked for tray she said it’s all dirty. We trashed our food as we couldn’t even eat it.

Hands down the worst mcdonalds in the state. After ordering on the app our card was charged for food. We went to pick it up and the restaurant was without power. I contacted the mcdonalds and they said they would write my name in their book. We stopped today coming home from Darien Lake the the lady I talked to said she didnt remember anything about it. How would I know the store was without power if I live 60 miles away? How would I know the store managers name if I never talked to her? None of it makes sense. This mcdonalds is trash. I will never stop here again. Enjoy the $20 you stole from me.

This is suppose to be fast food. Waited in the drive-thru line in Auburn, NY for over 20mins. When we left and we're on our way home we looked in our bags and weren't given napkins, straws and sauces. This is the 3rd time we've had a bad experience at this location. Won't be returning.
