This is suppose to be fast food. Waited in the drive-thru line in Auburn, NY for over 20mins. When we left and we're on our way home we looked in our bags and weren't given napkins, straws and sauces. This is the 3rd time we've had a bad experience at this location. Won't be returning.
Burger was cold as were fries. Never impressed ... was starving and stopped quick...it took forever and everything was cold...asked for no whipped topping on shake...got whipped topping.
Stopped here for a small fry and drink. The oil used for the fries weren't that great, but that might've been my taste buds as I don't eat at places like this often. The fries were hot, carton was full with a little extra in the bag. Unfortunately, I only took a couple bites and had my drink.
Drive thru was quick and easy tho.
