“Food is fresh and delicious! Prices are fair The only suggestion I can make is that the Mount Sinai location’s dining area is loud. Carpet or curtains might help lessen this issue Even so, the food and service is excellent and I highly recommend it!“

“I work in the mall for 4+ years and I think Charlie’s the best place to eat compared to other options. A beautiful worker, Sonny, has been there what feels like everyday. Every time I go she always has amazing energy and slides an extra sauce! She goes out of her way to make someone’s day. They always have good deals and an expansive menu, def recommend on a shopping trip!“

“Stopped in for a sub, fell in love with the environment. What a cool place, the manager is the sweetest person. He let my son get behind the counter and make a couple subs for customers! That little bone head kept getting the orders wrong so the business probably lost a lot of money due to refunds, but those were the best 5 hours of my kids life. Sorry about breaking the soda machine I really didn’t know about pushing all of the buttons at once.“

“I was on my way to a funeral. Most places were closing due to it being a holiday. but i had to stop for dress socks for the gathering . Knowing i wouldn’t have much time to eat ( and being celiac(gluten free)) it’s hard to find foods i can eat. I saw Charley’s had traditional on the bone wings. I figured eh. How bad can they be….. expect the unexpected. They tasted home cooked, juicy and full of flavor. If the taste wasn’t enough the young gentleman helping , Memoudou went above and beyond to make sure the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. I was welcomed and set off with kindness. It was also extremely refreshing to see someone young and so well mannered and in the moment, happy to be doing their job. 100/100“
