We’ve been shopping here for a few months and really like the selection of food, the quality, and the varied tastes. It helps us eat healthy no matter how busy our lives are and is a huge part of my personal fitness goals. I work extremely long hours and don’t have the time to food prep. Without a quality food prep company, I find myself eating junk food out of convenience and typically will gain weight. Having these meals on hand help me keep the weight down and stay fit!

Very impressed by this establishment! I've tried a lot of other meal prep options such as Factor, and a few of the local places - this is exactly what I need. Cost effective, delicious and real food. Great flavor, not overly salty or drenched in sauces and excellent for counting macros. Wish I tried it sooner.
