Picture this. It's a mere two days after losing your beloved child unexpectedly. You order from one of your favorite restaurants that you've been ordering from for years for some comfort, only to realize minutes later that you need to cancel the order. You call to cancel the order 5 minutes after and apologize, explaining your daughter just passed away. Now, imagine the person on the phone replying to this grave news with, "whatever," whilst hanging up the phone. No apology, no "I'm sorry for your loss." just, "whatever." How can Rocco's Pizzeria and Ristorante improve? How about employ people with some decency and respect.
