i ordered a dozen of donuts and i live far when i got home it was only 11 donuts why and i tried calling and of they don't even pick up and the donuts seem old will not buy there any more

The employees are very attentive...I absolutely love their vibe and their welcoming nature....
But the manager(Female) is not pleasant at all..even towards the employees...I had gone today to do my regular and I made it up to the counter to order and she came from the back to do something and as soon as I and the ppl behind me seen her we exited the store...I hadn't a clue the people behind me were exiting for the same exact reason until we were all outside...

Today I experienced something really nice.Cameron an employee being all kind and helpful instructing one of the new employees how to manage around the store.He was so nice, sweet and dedicate that captured my attention.It’s so nice seeing how good people are around.Congrats Cameron for being so nice ???
