The food here is scrumptious, well seasoned and ample portions. We got the turkey wings, collard greens, mac and cheese, peach cobbler and extra sides of collards and potato salad.You receive cornbread with your meal. Everything was packed up nicely for us and the restaurant itself is very clean.I realize some complained about the personality of one of the women. However, stay focused on why you’re there. A little crankiness is not a big deal… to me. Also, we never know what someone is dealing with. Honestly, my (customer care) experience was neutral for the most part. Shrugs.Parking: There are usually metered spaces out front. At the most, you might walk a half block.

The food is good but some of the people are rude, and they have the nerve to put up a sign saying if you have attitude you pay $10. They should pay us for their attitude. I stop going in there because there's a dark skin guy that works there and he gives me attitude every time I order. I will never go in there again! How are we expect to support our own people when we have nasty attitudes?? That dark skin guy looks like they got him off the streets. He need to adjust his attitude when dealing with people! That old lady behind the counter had a very nasty attitude! This is one of the reasons I don’t support black businesses because you don’t get good service! You always get bad attitude

I must say that the restaurant was clean and well lit. The patrons were very friendly and up to the task at hand. The several tables to dine inside were large and clean. The food portions were decent, but they could use some seasoning. Many restaurants today seem reluctant to season their food due to food allergies, etc. But, a few sliced onions wouldn't have hurt the string beans! As for the whiting, they were tasty, but the individual pieces were somewhat thin. The yams were on the money, and the half-n-half tea/lemonade drink was great and came in a large container! It might be a tad too sweet for some. By and large, I'll come back again!

Turkey was excellent,chicken wings excellent Rice excellent!! Can't tell you about the the greens because the young man goofed up on that and I got no greens. Mac n cheese not my style. It's the dry oven baked style with no creaminess at all. That's normally how I get it at Jamaican spots and I'm it into it but you may like itPrices are fair You aren't eating inside so be prepared for an order to go.Staff were definitely friendly as were the other customers.Go here!!
