This is the best food in Mount Vernon hands down. The cook/owner cooks with love and you taste it. You know it and you'll love it. You must go !Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies and porridge.Kid-friendliness: It has a fair amount of space in the dining area and always a good safe vibe inside.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here the customer service and the food is absolutely AMAZING!!!! It doesn’t matter who is behind the counter they are so warm and welcoming. It means so much. Even more since the food is so spectacular!!! I will spread the news about this restaurant in my community because they DESERVE all the business!! Thank you to the amazing staff here and nuff respect to the chef!! MAGNIFICENT!!

Went there a few weeks ago, close to closing time, off of the strength of a friend who was raving about it and I will say: it did NOT dissappear. The oxtails, which I went there for and pepper shrimp were bussing! The prices were surprisingly very reasonable as well and server was very pleasant and helpful. Will def be back!
