I purchase Katz online and in some local retail stores, finally I can enjoy toaster pastry without gluten as well as other allergens. Several of the snack cakes are tasty. Frozen donuts.. while I recommend them due to the availability for someone with celiac disease... I am always HIGHLY disappointed in the consistency of the entire Katz products. The chocolate donuts with the pretty sprinkles actually look old, and moldy. Not appealing to the eye especially when using them as a replacement for NON gluten free baked goods. When I was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease there was hardly anything tasty to eat in baked goods. My wife discovered Katz gluten free donuts and pastries in 2011 and I’ve been eating their products ever since. I love their variety of donuts, fritters, pies, etc. I haven’t tasted anything I don’t like from this company. Everything is delicious and they do a really good job with gluten free. I do wish they made gf biscuits. If they ever do I’m sure they’ll be delicious...
