Worse experience I’ve ever had over the pass decade!! Loyalty means nothing to this business! I’ve been ordering cakes over 15 years with this bakery! I called the store about 15 minutes ago to pay for a birthday cake that someone was 15 mins from picking up just to be told my order was never completed!!! Apparently this was due to a non deposit which I’ve never paid since I’ve been ordering cakes! One owner came to the phone and has no regards or empathy what so ever “policies change “ it’s my brother who accommodates etc “ nothing but excuses !!!!!!

Having Italian Grandparents and mother, they always had cookies and Struffoli around their house in Jersey during Christmas. I’m so thankful to have found Artuso’s! Their cookies and Struffoli are awesome. Artuso’s has helped bring back memories! Thank y’all!

Oh my goodness, the cannoli was amazing as promised! The rainbow "cookie" -- really a hunk of cake was absolutely delicious. Everything we got (a sampling of about 6 or 7 baked goods) was wonderful. The bakery was packed, but the line moved quickly.

A couple weeks ago I ordered a cannoli cake for my son in Colorado for his birthday, it was a surprise. He absolutely loved it, can't find baked goods like this where he lives. This was second time ordering an item to be shipped. Both times it arrived still cold & frozen. Will definitely continue to order from here.

Just a short walk from Arthur Ave. Great place to enjoy dessert after dining on Arthur Ave. Selection was mind boggling. Mini cheesecake, canolis, tiramasu, etc. Delicious!

Artusos is my go-to bakery for FRESH and DELICIOUS Italian pastries and cakes. On par with tourist favorite Veniero's, but in my opinion, even better. Plus the location - in the heart of Little Italy with lots of delicious bread shops, delis and restaurants nearby. I always stop in to Artusos after a trip to the Bronx Zoo (a few blocks away)

I work in a bakery in a supermarket and we get the Artuso cannoli products. For whatever reason I thought that if I bought it from the store itself it would be better. I got a cannoli and there is no chocolate chips in the cream and they didn't even dip the ends in chocolate chips. It was just average. The cannoli shell was quite fresh. The Napoleon's also taste like the stuff that comes in frozen at work. I only went here because the reviews were so good and everyone was raving about the cannolis. It's just an average cannoli and definitely not wonderful in my opinion.
