Order from here 2 days out the week and each time I said my why my food be sloppy or wrong then I just ordered asked for a cup of ice and got a broken cup this was my last straw not ordering from here anymore

Every time I come to store or call for pick up order they always acting funny like they better than everybody just plan arrogant. When comes to the food even I order the food first ahead of time my food don’t be ready on time. When comes to the store I showed up ahead of time to pick up my food, the store didn’t have my food ready. But they served other customers have their food ready while entering to store I don’t know what that’s about I was there first thought my order be ready first. Once I have received my order the food wasn’t properly cooked like I asked for never again I’m not ordering any food for this stuck up deli store.

I like the chimi sandwich and the yarao de papa. However, the chopped cheese they don't used hero bread when asked on a hero. The fries are not seasoned. I recommend the staple Dominican street food.
Im a regular costumer from this spot but today im done with it, I ordered a $25 worth of picadera and I ended with a $10 single plate it didn’t came with what I asked for and when I called to solve this issue the guy who works there FELIPE gave me a very NASTY attitude and hang up the phone on me. Never again!!
We ordered the Chimi and let me tell you .. that was the most disgusting, soggy, soy sauce drenched, piece of sorry excuse of a chimi I have ever tried. Would never order that nor anything else from this deli again. It was literally black. That was not a Chimi. That was a soy sauce sandwhich. Do not order from this place. That “Buy 1 get 1” may be tempting, but please don’t fall for it. ?

I ordered through uber eats ? two chimis and omg ? I throw out with the first bite. Extremely disgusting. The sauce was black when the sauce of chimis is regular pink and the meat ? OMG the meat ?????? I think I'm gonna be sick again ??♀️
