This area is full of Jamaican restaurants I tried most of them when I moved here about two months ago. This is the only one that I would recommend the food is always good and they give great portions. I have never seen a Jamaican restaurant that gives you so much oxtails. If you just moved to this area, you have to try this place. You will definitely love it.
This is now my FAVORITE Jamaican ?? spot in Mt. Vernon. The chef NEVER DISAPPOINTS.The potato salad is on pointMac and Cheese so yummy.

Golly, their food, is INSANE. If I could rate 100 stars, I would. Their fried chicken is great, mac and cheese is awesome, better than a lot of places out there, rice and peas is amazing, but the yams/sweet potatoes, were so good, I thought I was going to have to slap someone twice. The cornbread, was also very good, but as a person that loves potato salad, it was OKAY/not that good.
