OMG was looking somewhere to cater a party the reviews turned me off REVIEWS matter and I can tell you the staff has not changed

Food is overpriced and overrated don’t spend your money here i would eat from McDonalds before I spend my money here

Food is worth every cent! The carrot stew and curry chicken literally flawless!

Currently at 67 S 4th Golden Krust. Around 11:00 a.m. stopped by to get the usual but, today I didn’t have cash. Prior to entering a man standing outside asked for something to eat. So, being a Good Samaritan, I offered to by the gentleman food. However, I was turned down because my business credit doesn’t bare my name. I spoke the young cashier and her reply was “Sir, I’m just doing what I was told”. I informed the cashier that the displayed sign clearly states that I.D. must be present for purchase which I have but, that I’m the Owner of the corporation/business and that it doesn’t have to bare my name. Unfortunately for both me and the gentleman we have not been served as of yet. According to the cashier neither the Owner or Manager is present to rectify the situation. It’s now 11:53 a.m. ish and I’m still waiting for the Owner or Manager to rectify this matter. Please see the attached photo of their policy. I don’t know if their policy is internal or corporate but, I plan on finding out today. Hopefully, the Owner see’s this review and calls the store or sends someone to help rectify this matter aside from just a canned apology via the review board.

Waited on a long line while some people were helped as soon as they come through the door. Won't go back.

I wish they had tables, but the food and service made up for it.

this is my favorite fast food spot on 4th Avenue . The food is always well cooked tasty and up to standard not to mention there patties and coa bread 😋. big up to the chef I was a little early because I was heading to work and he made it possible so I could purchase my breakfast by putting out some ready food to choose from and big up the supervisor ur a wonder lady . Golden Krust 4th Avenue is highly recommended.

A patty look like taste poison makes you feel sickness your health, these people who work don't carefully wicked

Don't waste your time here the service is horrible it's so unfortunate but the golden krust a few miles over in the Bronx is better quality

Well my experience with this Golden krust absolutely fabulous I tried their Easter Bun for the very first time and I was blown off my feet the Easter Bun was fresh moist filled with taste absolutely love it....... Big thumbs up ??????

Awesome service! I received overcooked rice and I was unhappy however after talking with manager she acknowledged the warmer may have been a lil too high and offer another meal to compensate! This type of service is awesome! I will be back soon

I must say, I commend the owner of this restaurant and their attention to customer satisfaction. 100%. Last week I ordered a jerk chicken dinner and it wasn't what I expected. The owner reached out to me and apologized for the bad service and offered to compensate me for my order as she strives to make her customers happy and that was not in their character of service. But even if she didnt offer to compensate me, the simply fact that she called and apologized meant alot to me as a customer. With that kind of service, you'll have your customers always coming back. Thank you ever so kindly. What I ordered today tastes amazing. I appreciate everything. Thank you :-)

Can you believe that I'm a tourist and I went to this establishment and because I didn't have cash or a US ID card they refused to take my card even after I even ask if my passport would be sufficient they said nope and more over when I called the manager she was soo disrespectful that she hang up in my ears moreover the staff there is very disrespectful honestly wouldn't recommend shopping there both staff and managers don't respect there customers especially being in a system that is going cashless nowadays not everyone walks around with identified all the time however there are some other stores around the area that offer the same thing with a whole better customer service and appreciation for my business they were very welcoming and friendly and they had no problem accepting my passport as proof of identity for my debit card wasn't even a credit card ill come back to post the name of those business later after I have reviewed all of them moral of the story don't shop here if you ain't got cash period

The food was absolutely horrendous. The rice was hard as a rock and the meat flavorless. If you want to waste your money, this is the place to go.
