My experience with jerk cuisine I purchase a rum cake and take it home. I find rat feces(shit ) wrapped up in the cake I brought it back to the cake to the restaurant. The restaurant manager decide to ignore me for hour and a half. She came to the front looked at me and went to the back. She saw me waiting, and she never comes out until she felt like it. I asked for my money back she said no she’s not giving me my money back because I didn’t have a picture of the rat shit that would prove my theory of bringing the cake back. I asked her again if she was going to give me my money back and take the cake . The Manager told me that I can do whatever I want with it , I am not getting a refund. She went back around the counter and she
Stared at me eating whatever she was eating left the cake on the counter she’s still ignoring me still didn’t give me my money back so I left the store without my money and I left the cake there on the counter. The manager was very nasty throughout my visit to the jerk Q’zine and entire store employee was nasty to me, and I was sent out of the store in shame.
I am a customer for years, ordering cakes at that restaurant patties parties platter, all different sort of things and now this store gets worse and worse.

Still my favorite patty..lots of flavor and not too much pepper..

Vegetarian options: It was my first time trying the jackfruit/chickpea patties and they where a huge hit! Soooo good! The ackee and saltfish patties were good as usual!??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a stew chicken n rice peas but also wanted raw vegetables what I got was not only not pleasing to the eyes but distastefulI would NEVER buy cooked food there again. Baked goods are ok

About a year ago this restaurant had very flaky beef patty pastry. I went there in March and the pastry changed to a smooth and stiff texture. It was early about 9ish am so just maybe there were selling day old patties bc these were nasty. And the Cocoa bread was definitely day old bc we all know this bread is so incredibly soft. The energy coming off from the two ladies at the register was so bad. You should not work with people if you're miserable and can't muster up a smile. I'm never going back!
