Very slow service. They didn't have half of the pieces of chicken that I ordered.This was my original experience 6 years ago. Today there was no difference. My experience was even more disappointing because they took my money and then told me that part of what I ordered wasn’t ready. When I asked for my money back because I was in a hurry the manager came to the window to tell me that he couldn’t give me my money back ,and offered me something that I did not want. I don’t understand how this location continues to stay open with such poor management. I will say the associate that took my order was very apologetic.
