I ordered Ackee and Saltfish plus two Saltfish Flitters. Yuck! Both came out bland. Seasoning was missing. Oily A & S, The Flitters came to me cold, bland, hard to bite. Seems as if they gave me the ones that’s been sitting around! They lucky they even got two stars.

I was passing through after visiting Family today 11/2/2025 approximately 3:55 pm. We ordered a large curry goat w/ rice&peas and cabbage, oxtails rice&peas and cabbage. The food was not bad. I should have viewed the reviews first! Both plates were filled with rice and pea’s there was 2 spoonful of cabbage on each plate. The curry goat plate was all bones. I told the young lady there prices are different than in store by $10. She stated the prices updates as she placed the order🤷🏽♀️. I do understand that prices have increased on most food items, but please do better at keeping the confusion down when it comes to your online prices and take out pick up orders. Also please stop serving your customers bones!! This is a very deceptive practice as a business!

Ordered oxtail on Uber eats, they literally gave me bones!!! 25 dollar plate of oxtail bones is unreal!!!!!!!!!!!!! This should not be happening. MATRIX DO BETTER. Consumer take your money elsewhere!!! This food has went down hill in the past year!!!

Lady charged me 15$ for 1 drumstick and a piece of Mac and cheese. Plus her attitude was terrible. Food don't even look that good, I only brought cuz I was starving. Customer service was terrible...beware!! And they take cash only. Had to use there ATM that has a $3 fee smh
