Sal’s Deli is amazing! I get breakfast there all the time. I would get my sandwiches for lunch there too. It’s clean, very efficient, and they have many varieties. I don’t get a stomach ache from eating there and I have a very sensitive stomach. I love Sal’s Deli and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you!!

I been coming here for a long time I have never had any issues with any of my sandwiches or anything I get from here the staff is always nice the store is always clean a little pricey but you get what you pay for all the time and they never are cheap with the meat in the sandwich which is a plus the only thing I don’t recommend is the Philly cheesesteak it comes out way too oily

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!I called asking until what time they make sandwiches they said 7:30 Pm i called at 7 and they said they stopped making sandwiches because they want to close early!!!! Really?? how unprofessional and disrespectful to costumers this place has became I had been a costumer from Sals since the 90s what at disappointment they have became just another Mt Vernon deli nothing special like they used to be !! And this is not the first time I had issues with them Horrible and disrespectful like I said.0 stars would not recommend this place anymore..

The BEST hero's in Mount Vernon. Always made right and fresh ingredients. Turkey and Swiss, scooped-out, Mayo, tomato, lettuce, Oil & Vinegar is my go-to. The only issue is parking, don't want to get a ticket.

Great prices and most of all good food. They give you your money worth. I've been to other Deli's one in Canarsie Brooklyn, that overcharges for everything. What I ordered at Sal's would come to $30 bucks in Brooklyn. (Platter with egg bacon, sausage, homefries toast, and two small coffees)I swear if Sal was opened earlier in the morning, I would go out of my way to go there before heading to work.

Ordered and when the driver was on the way they cancelled my order out and refunded my money no apology no call not a good look.

Solid Deli in the North Mount Vernon vicinity. I like their Philly Cheese steak on a hero. My son prefers their deli sandwiches. Great price , quick service . Order ahead and your order will be ready when you get there
We ordered a 4' Italian combo party wedge. It was so good. Plenty of boars head meat and fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Everyone loved it and it was the first thing to run out. They packaged it very well and had it done exactly on time. I will definitely order again and will be recommending them to everyone.

Well they are good. The only thing I think they should do is allow the customers to swipe their own cards so this way if they say they can't find their card, the worker who might have been the last one to hold it will not look like they are mean by destroying an individual's important part of their life.
