We ordered our smart bar on August 10th. Paid for 3 day shipping. It is Sept 2 and we still have not see the product nor can we get a clear answer on when it will be here. We paid almost $1000 more on this product than another similar product based on when they could get us the product and informed the sales person of this. In addition, I was charged more for the shipping that what was quoted. I would like to escalate this to a supervisor but my calls are not answered and the voicemail is "full".
