Although the food was somewhat decent the women in this establishment are very rude. I watched the lady making my sandwich chop up the salmon put half on my sandwich then tried to sneakily hide the rest as she set it aside. My thing is if I’m paying $15 for 1 sandwich no sides no anything then I should get all the salmon cooked for my meal. I will not ever step foot in this store again not because the food is bad but because the people making the food have such bad energy I rather not spend my hard earned money where I’m not accepted and where my food is not being made with love. Which should be the reason for the business in the first place to feed the hungry!.

I ordered on uber eats and lets just say I was disappointed I saw all the good reviews and I wanted to give this a try but I was underwhelmed I got the jerk wrap it had no flavor and the ginger dressing I ordered with it never came. For my first experience I was not wowed:
Part#2: let me start off by saying I am speechless by bri’s response to my complaint she contacted me apologized and remade my wrap and had it delivered wow this time around it was absolutely delicious, the wrap was soft and I got my sauce actually more than one sauce she also gave me two patties for my husband. This is what customer service is all about listening to customers and rectifying what went wrong, I will definitely be ordering again soon. I will attach some pictures of my new order THANKS AGAIN BRI!!!! P.S (I will let the old pic stay just for reference with the new one)

Left Brooklyn to try the food, and was not disappointed! Love a spot when the food is made with love, treated like family! The vibe was amazing staff was on point! They was super patient being this was my first time. Was told I could make my bowls how I want it got to love that! Next time going early to get them patty’s since they’re a hit,Was sold out.

I’m literally done with this place , I gave it another try placed an order for pick up & the staff said I had a very unique name did I ever leave a review ? Mind you I left a review months ago & gave them 1 star so that was very weird to me to even ask because why are you asking me that if you already know the answer ? I ordered the Phlexx Rice Bowl which is $29 and change after tax. On all posters in the store it states the phlexx rice bowl comes with two protein, salad, oxtail is extra, FOUR (4) toppings and 1 dried topping. My server was adamant its only 3 toppings despite all the posters on the counter, on the buffet glass and despite me having other guests read it while there. I’m truly dissatisfied about this experience. Regular bowls are like $16 if I wanted that I wouldn’t pay basically twice the price to have the server cheat me out of something I paid for. And instead of checking her posters and providing me with what I’m paying for she said she doesn’t know of that and will speak to her boss as if I can’t read. Otherwise, food is always good here.

I was a resturant manager for 10yrs and customer service is what continues to help businesses thrive and this Absolutely NEEDS TO BE FIXED to Avoid future misunderstandings. 😤😤😤The cashier even agreed and mentioned this subject was brought up before . 👀👀 My order : 2 FLEX BOWELS : 1st bowel had Salmon and Shrimp rice, romaine lettuce , corn , tomato , onions . The SALMON AND SHRIMP TASTE LIKE IT WAS OLD and I mean HARD , texture was RUFF NOT FRESH AT ALL. 2nd bowel had Shrimp and Jerk Chicken, macaroni salad, coleslaw, cucumbers and rice with romaine lettuce , AGAIN THE SHRIMP TASTE LIKE THEY WERE OLD hard , RUFF texture !!!. The jerk chicken was hard but it was fresher than the Shrimp. The chicken was flavorful. I also purchased to FRESH PATTIES and I mean handmade quality patties.
